General conditions

Congress Registration fee includes: 

  • Access to scientific sessions from 5th to 7th December, 2024. 
  • Certificates.
  • Lunch box, coffee breaks, welcome cocktail. 

Congress Registration fee does not include:

  • access to scientific activities on 4th December.

(*) Member societies are FISPGHAN, LASPGHAN, APPSPGHAN, ESPGHAN, NASPGHAN.

(*) Trainee, young investigator, student and Seniors/Pensioners: will have to send documentation of their current status.

IMPORTANT: No registration will be processed without simultaneous payment.

Important: in order to send you the certificates with the credits granted for the scientific activities, we need you to indicate your complete data and email.

Personal access

Once the registration process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with your username and password. By entering this data in the “Private area” section you will access to your private area where you can consult and manage your activities in the event.

Registration changes and cancellation policy

Name changes

  • Can only be made until November 26th, 2024. There will be no additional charge. No changes will be accepted after this date.
  • To make a name change, you must complete the registration form (pdf) with the data of the new conference participant and send it to the Secretariat of the conference, by e-mail registration@wcpghan2024.org 

Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be made in writing and communicated to the following e-mail registration@wcpghan2024.org 
  • Until October 22th, 2024: The registration fee will be refunded, discounting 25% for administrative expenses.
  • From October 23th, 2024: the cancellation of the registration will entail the loss of 100% of the registration fee.
  • All refunds will be made after the conference and must be requested before it starts. Once started, no change or refund will be accepted.
